Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated Service Lot Porter who will keep the facility clean and organized while delivering friendly guest service. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and help maintain showroom and public spaces.

The role requires dependable teamwork, good communication, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions are preferred. On-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional guest service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assisting them with their needs

• Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area, showroom, service lane, and other public spaces

• Drive vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, when necessary

• Assist with valet parking services as needed

• Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
