Job summary

Hyman Brothers Auto Group in Midlothian, VA is hiring a Porter/Valet/Service Helper to support our service department. You will move vehicles, assist technicians, keep areas clean, and greet customers during drop-off and pick-up.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, safe vehicle operation, good communication, and flexibility. Prior experience is a plus but not required; we offer growth opportunities and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles confidently and safely.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move vehicles between the service area, lot, and showroom as needed.
• Assist service technicians with vehicle preparation and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and surrounding areas.
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle pick-up and drop-off in a courteous manner.
• Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and protected from damage.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
