Job summary

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin is seeking a Service Lot Porter to keep the service lot orderly and vehicles moved efficiently within the dealership’s service area.

You will assist technicians, maintain cleanliness, and support shuttle duties while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced outdoor work environment. This role offers a collaborative team and opportunities for growth within the dealership, with training and advancement possible as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles in service and sales lots as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service lot and customer parking areas.
• Assist service technicians by positioning vehicles to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as wiping down and vacuuming vehicles, both inside and out.
• Help with shuttle and customer vehicle delivery duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
