Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Greeter/Porter for the Raleigh service lane. The role greets customers, assists with vehicles, and supports the service team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests bringing in their vehicles for maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate is friendly, with strong communication and organizational skills, and may be bilingual. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service lane and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Move customers' vehicles from the service drive and assist with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Support the service team by coordinating guest flow and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front area.
