Ray Catena BMW of Westchester is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers, gather basic information, and set a positive tone on every visit.

You’ll answer questions, provide initial assistance, coordinate front-desk operations, and help with loaner cars and shuttles, becoming the first and last impression of the dealership.

• Coordinate front-desk operations, distribute loaner cars, and provide shuttles as needed.
• Be the first and last impression of our dealership - your role matters!

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, customer-focused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle emergencies smoothly.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and Saturdays. Overtime may be available.
• Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours.
• Bilingual? A plus!
