Job Summary

Looking for a new opportunity within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical field with great benefits and the possibility for advancement? Pentagon Technologies is seeking highly motivated personnel to work independently in a growing division. The position entails performing testing/certification of cleanroom applications in the Healthcare Industry. HVAC/Balancing background is recommended, but not necessary. CNBT accredited technicians are a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Testing of all areas of the controlled environment division, including biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, isolators, cleanroom testing, etc.
• Lead and/or assist with field testing as a certified technician, providing service and repair work as needed.
• Communicate project status, issues, changes, and results with the operations manager.
• Review reports, check reported difficulties, and identify deficiencies.
• Order testing materials and supplies for projects.
• Report to owners and customers on project progress and any necessary scope modifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain Industry accreditations (NSF/CNBT/NEBB) as required by Pentagon and customers.
• OEM training and industry conference attendance for accredited technicians.
• Possibility of advancement.

Safety

Employees will be trained in, and are expected to follow and lead by example, all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies as well as specific safety regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

Must be able to function well in an office environment, as well as in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment and in a laboratory environment. Sensitivity to chemical environments, such as asthma or allergies, may disqualify a candidate. Must be able to travel to Pentagon Technologies facilities and vendor/customer facilities within the continental US as required.

Physical Demands

Must pass company required screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms, and perform light routine office work, including computer workstation usage. Should be able to pick up XX lbs on an occasional or regular basis.
