Ingersoll Rand Inc. in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Service Estimator Support professional to guide customers from inquiry through delivery, handling parts identification, quoting, order confirmation, pricing, and expediting.

You will be involved in managing the rental fleet, process improvement, and ensuring timely communication with customers across the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
• Ability to read technical specifications and quotes.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, blower/vacuum products and parts.
• Assist customers with parts identification and generate service repair quotes, installation quotes and PM agreement quotes for customers to ensure quotes transition to orders.
• Manage the rental fleet including monthly billing, depreciation, and scheduling of service intervals.
• Investigate Insight cases on CC360 to determine if a service quote is needed.
• Manage orders to ensure on-time delivery and schedule adherence.
• Serve as primary customer contact through the sales cycle from quote to delivery and share best practices.

Job Overview:

This is a Service Estimator Support position based out of Denver, Colorado. The role includes service support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation/purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, blower/vacuum products and parts.
• Assist customers with parts identification and generate service repair quotes, installation quotes and PM agreement quotes for customers to ensure quotes successfully transition to orders.
• Manage our rental fleet which includes but is not limited to: monthly billing, managing depreciation of assets and coordinating service intervals on machines.
• Investigate “Insight” cases on CC360 to determine if a service quote is needed.
• Manage these orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.
• Act as key customer contact to provide information to customers on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.?
• Mentor peers and share best practices with those less experienced as needed.
• Manage inventory to stocking levels. Ensure the order process is complete and error-free.
• Manage outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively and efficiently.
• Operate forklift in Parts Warehouse within compliance.
• Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

Preferences:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required; ability to navigate internal software programs will be needed after hire
• Forklift certification a plus, but not required (we'll certify you!)

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• This position will be based in Denver, Colorado and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%).

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $75,000-$90,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
