Job Responsibilities
  • Confirms Tooling Specifications: Consult with customers, Sales Engineers, and Supervisors to plan tooling requirements, provide recommendations, study blueprints, and diagnose tool malfunctions to suggest adjustments.
  • Communicates with Customers: Maintain regular contact, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide test data, observations, and corrective measures to improve tool performance.
  • Performs Administrative Duties: Submit reports, manage sample and expense accounts, and perform other duties as directed by management.
Skills and Experience
  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college, vocational or technical school, with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent training.
  • Experience working in a CNC environment and competency in CNC machining.
  • Experience in the cutting tools industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and resource management skills.
