Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a sharp, skilled Service Electrician in Montana to support the Service Department and deliver excellent customer service while meeting client needs related to electrical duties.

The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Montana licensed electricians and a compensation range of $45.00–$60.00 per hour. A company service van is provided, with opportunities for growth within a legacy company known for promoting from within.

Qualifications

Montana Journeyman Electrician License is required.
At least 1 year of construction leadership/foreman experience.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Treat client with high level of respect and develop a partnership.
Investigate and solve to install changes to existing service efficiently.
Work alone or with others making field judgments before contacting Service Managers.
Determine client needs and the most effective way to meet them.
Estimate time and materials to complete service tasks.
Communicate with Service Manager on scheduling and progress.
Obtain and order commodity material.
Work well around building owners and tenants.
Meet NEC/NFPA 70E standards.
Coordinate with vendors and Service Managers to stay within scope and budget.
Be flexible with hours, shifts, and locations with notice.
On-call 24/7, 2 weeks every 3 months.
Work statewide or beyond.
Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
