Apex Pros Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is expanding and seeks an experienced Residential Service Electrician for the Dayton area. We value craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and growth, with a culture that supports work-life balance.

The role is full-time, onsite with no on-call requirements. You will install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, read blueprints, and communicate effectively with homeowners and teammates to ensure exceptional service at every job.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-starter with ability to manage own schedule and workflow.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections and troubleshooting, identifying issues and providing efficient, cost-effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and contractors to ensure project expectations are met
• Manage daily service calls independently while also contributing to a team-focused work culture
• Ensure a clean, professional job site and a respectful customer experience every time
