Job summary

Rogers Electric is looking for a skilled Service Electrician to join our team in Columbus, OH. You’ll handle a variety of electrical tasks for service and maintenance, read blueprints, install conduit, and wire/terminate devices while ensuring safety and quality on every job.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of service experience, can travel as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license. Expect a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and competitive weekly pay plus a $4/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage the completion of electrical tasks.

• Manage service upgrades for retail clients.

We’re searching for a talented and driven Service Electrician to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage the completion of various electrical tasks
• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Electrical break and repair
• Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
• Manage service upgrades for our new and existing retail clients
• Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 5+ years previous service/maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders
• Good computer skills
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
