Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.
• Language & Communication Skills: Read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: None required.
• Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out written or verbal instructions.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License; insurable by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps a clean and safe service shop area, free of dirt, water, leaves, etc.
• Moves and arranges service vehicles in an orderly manner.
• Removes garbage and trash from technician stalls.
• Sw eeps, mops, and cleans floor as needed to maintain a clean safe environment.
• Keeps tool storage areas neat and orderly and returns tools as directed by management.
• Performs facility maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Washes and prepares loaner cars or client vehicles as needed.
• Assists with vehicle road tests as needed and directed.
• Maintains and is accountable for dealership owned tools and manuals.
