Bay Ridge Subaru is seeking a Service Department Valet to be the first point of contact for service customers in our New York dealership. You will manage vehicle parking, check-in procedures, and assist with shuttle and errands to ensure a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and connect them with their Service Advisor.
• Check-in vehicles by recording mileage and noting pre-existing damage; protect interiors.
• Safely park and secure customer vehicles in designated service parking areas.
• Retrieve vehicles from the lot and bring them to the service drive for pickup.
• Keep the service drive and customer lounge organized, and assist with shuttle or errands as needed.
