Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a physical presence on the service drive and supervise porter activities.
• Log and track all pick-up requests from advisors and cashiers.
• Monitor porter return times and ensure timely vehicle handoffs to customers.
• Assign duties and rotate breaks to keep service drive staffed.
• Oversee porter team and provide guidance, training, and support.
