Job summary

Audi Glenwood Springs is seeking a Service Porter to help move service customer vehicles and maintain an orderly service parking area at our Colorado dealership. You will greet customers, record vehicle details, manage service traffic, assist with loaner vehicles, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering professional service within our cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
• Records customer information,VIN, mileage and vehicle condition.
• Manages service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Retrieves keys and repair orders; maintains a clean, safe service drive area.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lanes and parking areas as required.
