Job summary

Ferman of Countryside LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Service Detailer to clean, detail, and prep guest and dealership vehicles to meet high-quality appearance standards. You will support the service department by ensuring vehicles are properly cleaned, inspected, and ready for delivery, showroom display, or internal use.

Responsibilities include washing, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, applying wax and protectants, inspecting for quality, handling debris, and maintaining the detail area.

Position Summary

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to move and operate vehicles as needed.

Work Environment

Work is performed in dealership detail bays, service areas, and outdoor lots with exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and varying weather conditions in a fast-paced setting.
