Job summary

Datavant is seeking a motivated leader to oversee the ROI team across multiple Atlanta-area locations. You will guide a team, ensure QA and compliant records handling, and coordinate with Payors and risk management. Prior data-entry and customer service experience are valued, with remote work ability as needed.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements, review data, and deliver client-focused solutions while maintaining performance expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
• Experience communicating with leadership, clients and teams.
• Detail-oriented with accurate, compliant information handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Audit Team handling requests from Payors.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Manage requests from the Risk Management Team.
• Plan for fluctuating needs and oversee multiple client locations.
• Coordinate escalation calls from centralized call centers.
• Participate in project teams to advance operational strategies.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM OR 8:00-4:30pm EST
• Location: This role will be performed across multiple location location Atlanta, Johns Creek, Stone Mountain
• Leading a team of ROI specialists, maintaining client and performance expectations of team.
• Ensuring Quality Assurance, accuracy and compliant records management.
• Preferred Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information experience

You will:

• Have a passion to lead, train and motivate a growing and excited Team.
• Communicate and collaborate with leadership on issues, opportunities, or challenges.
• Lead Audit Team which receives requests from Payors
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions
• Comfortable bringing new ideas, process improvement suggestions, and feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Manage the Request coming in from the Risk Management Team of the client
• Be the leader of client locations and plan for fluctuating needs.
• Oversee the escalation calls from our centralized call centers
• Participates in project teams and committees to advance operational Strategies and initiatives
• Coordinates with location/client management on complex issues while building a strong relationship

What you will bring to the table:

• A true leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve
• Ability to support clients and your Team working both on-site and remotely.
• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• A knack for presenting to leadership, clients, and your Team via Video or in person.
• Solution provider and forward thinking
• Detail and quality oriented as it relates to accurate and compliant information for medical records.
• Power BI, MS Office

Bonus points if:

• EMR experience with EPIC, or Cerner.
• Previous production/metric-based work experience
• Team building and experience elevating individuals’ careers.
