Job summary

Carroll's, LLC d/b/a NTW is seeking Service and Delivery Drivers to join our distribution team. This full-time role involves delivering tires and equipment in a safe, professional manner, loading and staging products, and maintaining accurate routes in compliance with DOT policies.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, benefits including 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. You must be 21+, have a valid driver''s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery or box truck experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate for NTW vehicle.
• 21 years or older; valid driver's license; clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously per DOT and company policy.
• Load, stage, and unload trucks; follow route sequencing.
• Ensure accuracy of deliveries and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations; handle COD as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
