Job summary

TBC Corporation in Tolleson, AZ is seeking full-time Service and Delivery Drivers to join our warehouse and delivery team. You will operate company vehicles, load trucks, and keep safety and inventory controls in check.

Starting pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This role requires 21+ and the ability to lift 50 lbs, with DOT compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver with safe driving focus and compliance requirements.
• Ability to operate box trucks and follow DOT regulations.
• Must maintain a clean MVR and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Load, stage and unload trucks as needed.
• Adhere to DOT hours of service requirements and company policy.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment.
• Handle COD payments per policy.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean and secure.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with People Focused Values.
• Wear provided uniform and maintain it.
• Operate MHE safely when required.
• Perform other duties as requested.
