Job summary

Tony's Fresh Market, LLC is seeking a Service Deli Clerk to provide product suggestions, assist customers with special orders, and deliver exceptional service. You will stock cases and ensure a variety of high-quality deli items while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.

You will greet customers, maintain displays, respond to questions, handle slicing tasks, and support other duties as needed in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting while handling products or using equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older for the Deli Clerk position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Service Deli Clerk, you will provide product suggestions and assist customers with special orders while you provide our customers with exceptional customer service. You will stock cases and ensure that our customers have a variety of high-quality deli items to choose from. You will ensure complete compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. You will clean and sanitize dishes, food preparation areas, and equipment.

Physical demands:

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
• The Service Deli is cooler than most areas in the store so must adapt and be comfortable in a cold environment.
• Minimal sitting is required.

Disclaimer:

Pay scale $15.00-$20.10

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.

*Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
