What you’ll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including complex DAX measures, dynamic reports, interactive KPI dashboards, and dataset monitoring and optimization.
• Conduct in-depth work across data analysis, data cleaning, data transformation, and advanced analytics to identify insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Architect, optimize, and maintain data warehouses; build high-performance SQL queries; monitor and stabilize ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end data and BI projects, including requirements collection, planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and coordination to deliver on time with high quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Operations, and Finance) to translate business needs into data requirements, reports, and dashboards.
• Apply data governance standards, including data uploading, integration, and consolidation processes to create a reliable data foundation.
• Provide timely ad-hoc data extraction, analysis, and reporting support for business stakeholders.
