A leading fire protection service provider in Salt Lake City is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of fire protection systems and excellent communication skills. • Coordinate the Service department's field work force.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce policies and provide positive reinforcement.
• Schedule and stage material for service calls.
• Maintain inventory and review work orders.
• Enter reports and corrections into compliance engines.
• Aid deficiency departments with customer follow-up on quotes.
• Review work orders for accuracy.
• Maintain the service department's inventory needs.
• Support service teams with expertise and lead by example.

Conocimientos

Written and verbal communication skills

Experience in inspections, maintenance and repair of Fire Alarm/Sprinkler/Suppression Systems

Support the Department Manager with scheduling service teams.

Support the service teams by confirming the quality of their field work and their appearance as service calls are being performed. By working with our service teams you will improve our services by training with best techniques, documentation and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all of the Service department's field work force (Alarm) directly
• Customer satisfaction
• Enforce policies
• Positive reinforcement
• Scheduling
• Ordering / Staging Material
• Enter in reports and corrections to into compliance engines.
• Aid our deficiency departments with customer follow up on submitted quotes
• Review work orders for accuracy
• Maintain the service department's inventory needs
• Support the service teams with your expertise. Lead by example

Requirements

• Additional licenses are a plus but not required
• Work experience, training or education in inspections, maintenance, and sequence of events and repair of Fire Alarm/Sprinkler/Suppression Systems is preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with handling multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities
