Job summary

MSS is seeking a Service Coordinator in Minnesota to design and implement meaningful programs for the people we serve, with direct care responsibilities and support to daily activities. Training to obtain a DOT Certification and to drive agency vehicles is provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and encouraging toward people with different needs.
• Experience meeting Minnesota 245D requirements for Designated Coordinators.
• Must have a valid Minnesota driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT Medical card; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fun, meaningful programs for people we serve.
• Provide direct care support with daily activities (eating, medicine, personal care).
• Train to obtain DOT Certification and learn to drive agency vehicles.
