Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI), a part of Crane NXT, seeks a Service Contract Specialist to fully support sales regions on service contract opportunities and to act as the single point of contact for a personalized service experience.

You will learn new technology, work closely with team members, and be cross-trained across service contract support functions while handling high-volume calls, data entry, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider candidates with customer contact experience
  • Excellent PC skills—including Salesforce.com and all Microsoft applications
  • Drive and desire to provide world class service
  • High energy level and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of service contract calls to customers for service agreement conversion (T&M to Service Agreement, Upgrading Service agreements)
  • Accountable for interpretation and processing accuracy while entering data into ERP System
  • Accountable for maintaining standards of quality and productivity for all transactions
  • Research and assist Branch personnel and Key Account Managers with service contract requests
  • Review of Service agreements to ensure correct zones, volumes and PMs are represented
  • Fully support sales teams/branches-single point of contact for service contract requests
  • Be prepared to back up other team members in their absence
  • Execute orders, credits, returns, customer e-mails, etc.…. upon request
  • Handle customer calls regarding service contracts, order placement and general inquiries
  • Be able to work independently and in teams in order to meet and exceed department KPI/metrics
  • All other duties as required.

Primary Function:
  • Fully support sales region/branch territory on all service contract opportunities.
  • Single point of contact to ensure a personalized support model
  • Learn new technology and be a part of process improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with team members to create a dynamic service experience
  • Become fully cross trained in all service contract support functions
  • Make outgoing customers calls and handle internal customer requests via Salesforce.com and e-mail

  • Extroverted and positive personality even in the direst situations
  • Adaptable to changes in technology and processes that will occur in the department
  • Office environment; must be able to perform frequent repetitive tasks, and be able to sit at or stand and operate a computer for 85% of the day.
  • The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (storage boxes).
