Michael's Subaru of Bellevue in Bellevue, WA is seeking an energetic Service Greeter/Porter to join our Service Department. This hybrid role blends customer service with vehicle coordination in an active, team-focused environment.

You will move customer vehicles, assist with staging and shuttle duties, support Service Advisors and Technicians, verify information, and keep the service drive and reception area welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dealership, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfort with operating computers and dealership technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely move customer vehicles within the lot and dealership property.
• Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and retrieval.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians by maintaining efficient vehicle and customer flow.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and document visible damage.
• Keep service drive, parking lots, and work areas organized and clean.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and ready at delivery.
• Assist with shuttles, errands, and other departmental needs as assigned.
• Create a positive first impression and ensure customers feel valued.
