New York Life is seeking a Service Client Specialist to support the Managing Partner with executive-level operations, recruitment coordination, and strategic execution. Each General Office is led by a Managing Partner who is responsible for driving the growth and success of the office through the recruitment, development, and retention of financial professionals. As the Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner, this role plays a critical role in supporting business operations, talent development, recruiting initiatives, and strategic execution.

The Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner provides advanced administrative, operational, and client service support to the Managing Partner and leadership team. This role combines executive support responsibilities with coordination and support of operational processes, cross-functional coordination, and business initiatives. Working with a high degree of independence, the incumbent manages competing priorities, facilitating problem resolution, serves as a trusted resource on business processes, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while ensuring a high level of service to leaders, advisors, clients, and business partners.
Executive Administrative Assistants receive on-the-job training and ongoing support to develop the skills and expertise needed to effectively support business operations and leadership objectives.
This is a full-time, onsite position Monday through Friday.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
