Job summary

Chedraui USA in Paso Robles is seeking a Service Clerk to support daily store operations, assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and vehicles, and help keep aisles neat and welcoming.

You will perform pricing checks, pull and restock merchandise, monitor cleanliness of entrances and restrooms, and participate in general store maintenance, with a starting rate of $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read and write English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra).
• Retail Management Certificate (extra).
