Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring Restaurant Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and accurate order handling. You will assist customers, prepare products, maintain cleanliness, and help keep the dining area organized and safe.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Physical dexterity (ability to move up to 45 lbs)
• Attendance and punctuality are required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
• Complete training certification and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers: taking orders, processing sales and payments, resolving issues
• Prepare products and maintain quality of food items
• Monitor service equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety per regulations
• Maintain inventory levels through unloading, stocking and organization
• Support a positive work environment with recognition and teamwork
