Job summary

Taco Bell seeks a friendly Team Member to deliver fast, fun, and friendly service. You will take orders, process payments, prepare foods, and help keep the dining area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Complete training certification.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers: taking orders, processing sales, and resolving issues.
• Prepare products and maintain quality.
• Monitor service equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per Labor Board and OSHA standards; unload, stock and manage inventory.

The responsibilities of the team member will include:

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparation of products.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Monitoring all service equipment.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts

Requirements

The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).

The range for this role is $11-$22/hour. This is a nationwide range and is solely dependent on the geographical location where the restaurant is located.
