Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Operate the cash register and make change as needed.
• Complete training certification and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers: take orders, process sales and monies.
• Prepare products and maintain quality.
• Monitor service equipment and keep a clean, safe workspace.
• Unload, stock and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Support and motivate teammates; participate in recognition efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The responsibilities of the team member will include:

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparation of products.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Monitoring all service equipment.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts
• Other duties as assigned
