Job summary

LucWork, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking Service Champion team members to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. You will help maintain a clean, fast-paced environment and support food preparation while following safety standards.

Description-Service Champion

Our Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell guest experience. Service Champions are focused on providing great customer service to our guests, as well as other job duties. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the time
• Always upholding our strict food safety standards
• Serving food and drink orders, accurately and quickly
• Assisting in the preparation and care of our fresh ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
