Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Fresno is seeking a Service Center Warehouse Material Handler to receive, store, pick, pack and ship inventory using a Warehouse Management System. This role emphasizes safety, equipment operation and accurate material handling in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 10:30am–7:30pm, with starting pay at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Steel-toed boots required and employee-owned benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• 2+ years experience in a large warehouse preferred.
• Experience with a warehouse management system preferred.
• No fear of heights.
• Must be able to lift and move loads as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.

You will receive, store, select, pack, and ship warehouse inventory. Our Zone utilizes a Warehouse Management System so technology is required to perform this job.
