Job summary

Medtronic's Rice Creek, MN location is seeking a Technician II to support service and repair of Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health devices. Will diagnose, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain equipment; work from schematics; manage parts and inventory; and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.

The role requires hands-on activity, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, and a proactive, self-managed attitude. Benefits include 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; two years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in medical product manufacturing/assembly operations preferred.
  • Experience in FDA & ISO 13485 regulated industry is a plus.
  • Associate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties on electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical devices.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment.
  • Works from schematics and engineering drawings; follows instructions.
  • Manages inventory and cycle counting; supports lean manufacturing improvements.
