You will handle day-to-day staging, packing, and picking of material for shipments using proper equipment. The role includes forklift operation, SAP work order confirmations, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Skills-based assessment including reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred.
• Regular attendance.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and/or comfortable using a computer.
• Must pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Onboarding includes enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
• Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
• Package material to customer requirements.
• Operate sit-down or side loader forklift as needed.
• Complete SAP work orders for shipping/receiving.
• Maintain maximum productivity for finished goods creation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Picking and staging feedstock for fulfillment orders
• Breaking down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
• Packaging of material to customer requirements
• Operating a sit-down or side loader forklift to move material as needed
• Proper completion of paperwork and SAP work order confirmation for shipping/receiving on the computer
• Maximum productivity for finished goods creation
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

• Successfully pass a skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred

• Physical ability to pass physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility
