Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee the store and service center operations through motivational leadership, delivering expected sales and customer service while ensuring safe conditions and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in retail management, preferably automotive.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results.
