Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Service Manager in Tempe to lead a team of about 15 service professionals within Client Success. You will coach in real-time, set performance objectives, and drive high-quality client experience to reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, handling escalations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with HR for progressive action plans, all to enhance team capability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of progressive experience in related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years as a team lead or manager.
• SIE Required; Series 7 License required.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and guide a team of about 15 service professionals, establishing performance objectives and coaching.
• Provide real-time coaching after calls and client escalations to develop call management skills.
• Support professionals and clients through service escalations as needed.
• Use frontline and team metrics to coach and manage performance.
