Ziegler Cat in Minnesota is seeking a Service Call Administrator to manage and close service calls for the branch. You will handle POs, edit service reports, and ensure accuracy of invoicing with strong attention to detail.
The role requires 3+ years in the industry, solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of D365. A High School diploma is required; associate degree preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.
Ziegler Cat has an opening for a Service Call Administrator who will be responsible for managing and closing service calls for the branch. This role will require strong computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and some mechanical knowledge to support the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing customers.

The pay range for this position is $19.65 to $24.56. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
