What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Accurately process customer payments and handle cashier duties
  • Support the service advisors and team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all customer interactions are documented
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in a high-volume setting
