Job summary

Hash Kitchen Salt Lake City is hiring a Service Bartender to join our brunch-forward team. This part-time role offers wages of $15–$30 per hour plus tips, with a focus on guest experience and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will open and close the bar, craft drinks from our menu, maintain stock, and ensure cleanliness. Requirements include 21+ years old, at least 2 years bartending experience, and DABC certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender.
• DABC certified.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and beverages at Hash Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar following the Hash Kitchen standard operating procedure.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipes.
• Arrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparation.
• Organize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cart.
• Clean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
• Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant management.
• Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
