Job summary

SpartanNash in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to bag groceries, assist guests with carry-out service, collect carts, and maintain a clean, well-stocked department. You will follow safety and PPE guidelines and help ensure an efficient checkout experience for every guest.

The role requires high school diploma preferred, good communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the willingness to work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries using proper techniques and bagging supplies.
• Empty bottle bins, clean bottle machines & bottle return area.

• Know the location of products; assist guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.
• Follow PPE, safety, food safety and guest experience guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.

Apply now!Location:120 Sanford School Road, Suite B - Elkhart, Indiana 46514Position Summary:This role is responsible to provide highly satisfactory service and assistance to guests; bag groceries and provide carry-out service to vehicles for quests, retrieve carts from parking area, perform bottle tasks and janitorial duties as needed. Ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
