Ruth's Chris Steak House in Florida is seeking bussers to join our team. You will help set the stage for a memorable dining experience by delivering polished service, cleaning and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring guest delight.

This role offers flexible hours with pay variable by location plus tips, along with benefits like health insurance eligibility after 30 hours per week, a 401(k) with matching, dining discounts, training, and paid leave options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our Guests
• Tailor our Dining Room by cleaning and resetting tables
• Assist Servers with food delivery
• Maintain 100% Guest delight by relaying messages to Servers as necessary
• Maintain stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
• Be a true team player and work well with others
