Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a friendly busser to help create a memorable dining experience for Guests. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and keep the dining room polished and welcoming.

This role offers a pathway to growth in a busy, hospitality-driven team with tips, benefits, and steady hours. You will work as part of a supportive crew, uphold sanitation standards, and contribute to 100% Guest delight through teamwork and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and 100% Guest delight during service.
• Tailor the Dining Room by cleaning and resetting tables for guests.
• Assist Servers with food delivery and guest requests.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to safeguard guests and the business.
• Be a true team player and communicate effectively with the team.
