Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Service and Sales Representative to visit customers across Kent, WA, driving a company van, restocking supplies, and maintaining commercial dish machines. You will build customer relationships, upsell cleaning products, and perform light repairs while ensuring service excellence.

The role offers an on-site schedule, potential overtime, and opportunities for hands-on training and advancement within a well-established nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and pride in taking initiative.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot light repairs.
• Sales aptitude or experience with upselling is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to great service.
• A valid driver’s license for at least 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Auto-Chlor van to visit customers across Kent and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies, perform preventative maintenance, ensure dish machines run smoothly.
• Build relationships with customers and upsell cleaning and disinfecting products.
• Handle basic mechanical tasks and light repairs.
• Collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Be part of an on-call rotation (every 5-6 weeks) for emergency service needs.

What You’ll Do
