Job summary

NTW is hiring a Service and Delivery Driver to join our distribution team in Utah. The role involves delivering products to customers, maintaining safety standards, and supporting warehouse inventory.

Dalivery drivers will operate company vehicles, adhere to DOT regulations, and represent NTW with a strong customer service focus. The position offers a competitive wage, benefits, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery or box truck experience.
• Clean MVR and no at-fault accidents in past year.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have/go obtain a DOT certificate eligibility for NTW vehicle operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to policy.
• Load and unload as requested; stage trucks for delivery.
• Follow DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
• Deliver tires/equipment; adhere to route sequencing.
• Handle COD payments per policy; secure cash handling.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and work area.

Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

This full time Warehouse Delivery Driver position can lead to career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
• Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
• Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed

• 1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred
• 1+ years of no At-fault accidents,
• clean MVR
• Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
