Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador to enhance the travel experience at the Dallas airport. You will greet passengers, verify CLEAR membership, and guide travelers through the CLEAR process with empathy and urgency. Expect team-based incentives tied to location performance.

You will resolve issues, maintain smooth operation of lanes, communicate proactively, and share information about CLEAR benefits while upholding safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of screening including drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and travelers in CLEAR lanes.
• Verify membership and guide travelers through the process.
• Triage and resolve member issues with empathy and urgency.
• Maintain lane readiness and clear communication with guests.

Description

As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you’ll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. You’ll be part of a collaborative team recognized through team based bonuses when your location meets service and operational goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.

Role Requirements

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.
