Job summary

Aritzia Walnut Street is seeking a part-time Service Advisor to deliver elevated Everyday Luxury experiences at the Service Counter in Philadelphia. You will assist clients, match them with products, and process transactions while maintaining a world-class client experience and organization on the service counter.

You will also support end-to-end service operations, notify clients of upcoming services, and help keep the sales floor stocked and inviting.

As a Service Advisor, you will deliver Everyday Luxury experiences by being present and engaging in service interactions, maintaining our curated spaces, appreciating our clients, and exceeding their expectations. Along with your team, you will process transactions, manage client services, and uphold exceptional organization at the Service Counter to create memorable moments for clients in the most important area of the store.
