Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Statesville, NC seeks a Service Advisor to drive sales success in our Truck Care facilities through salesmanship, leadership and customer service. This role blends technical and managerial skills to guide service centers and progress toward a Truck Care General Manager position.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing service needs, providing repair estimates, processing approvals and payments, and keeping customers informed on repair status while handling

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration with managers.
