Job summary

Love's Travel Stops, a leading truck care provider, seeks a Service Advisor to drive sales through customer service excellence and leadership within our service centers. This role progresses toward a Truck Care General Manager position, blending technical and managerial duties.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, estimating repairs, and updating them on status while promoting promotions and handling payments. A collaborative approach supports talent acquisition and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; may include motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide explanations of completed work; handle complaints and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.
