Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Previous service or advising experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and parts required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to technicians, providing estimates to the consumer, and finalizing invoices.
• Streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments.
• Maintaining and following safety program.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.
