AutoNation in Florida is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to bridge the gap between service technicians and customers. You will set appointments, determine vehicle needs based on customer information and vehicle walk-around, and present clear maintenance options.

Explain technician recommendations in plain language, produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, and communicate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion.

In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
